The picture shown above is my 'Personal Brand Website' and I made this because -
I wanted a space that truly felt like me — where I could share my thoughts, my design work, my journey, and everything I continue to learn along the way. Social media felt too fast, too scattered. So I built this website as a calm corner of the internet — a digital studio I could call my own. It’s not just a blog; it’s a growing reflection of who I am, what I love, and where I’m heading. And the best part? It allows me to connect with people who value authenticity and creativity too.
Why I chose to build a personal brand website ?
How I Built My Website in 5 Simple Steps (as a Beginner)
Step 1: Finding the Right Platform
I started by researching platforms that were beginner-friendly but professional. After reading a few reviews and tutorials, I landed on Hostinger — a tool that gave me both hosting and website-building features in one place.
Step 2: Exploring Tools & Getting Started
Using my basic knowledge and Hostinger’s tools, I began experimenting. The platform was easy enough to explore, even for a beginner like me. I didn’t know everything — but I knew I wanted to create something that felt like me.
Step 3: Choosing a Theme and Personalizing It
I picked a theme that matched my aesthetic and began customizing it with a soft color palette, simple layouts, and subtle design tweaks. I started small, with the basics — and refined it as I went.
Step 4: Being Patient and Staying Focused
It wasn’t an easy process, especially when you're starting out. But with focus and a bit of trial and error, I built it in a day. And when it finally came together, the feeling was absolutely worth it — fulfilling and so satisfying.
Step 5: Launching My Space with Purpose
I now have three live pages — Homepage, Blog, and Studio. My biggest advice? Go with what feels right for you. Your style, your pace. Keep refining until it reflects your story — and until you're proud to call it your own.
You don’t need to be an expert to create something that’s truly yours. With platforms like Hostinger, even beginners can build a space to express, share, and grow without needing approval or permission.
So, if you’ve ever thought, “Can I really do this?” — the answer is yes. Start where you are, use what you have, and build something that reflects who you are becoming. Your digital home is waiting and it’s one of the most empowering things you’ll ever create.
